A版本1：For me, the best time to study is the fresh morning, which I feel suitable for concentration.In the morning, my mind is usually relaxed and more carefree. I study with an energized and open mind. The sunlight is also pretty great.
Early in the morning my body is fully relaxed and I am totally fresh. All the tensions in my mind were overrun by a good sleep and my mind is totally free from all worries. Fresh air of the morning makes me feel comfortable and I feel extra power in my body.

I prefer night studies as my brain is more active during nights. Waking up early in the morning, however, is a difficult task for me.

方案1：Whenever I read, my mind keeps cool and alert. If I feel sleepy or tired, I simply keep books aside and sleep. Because it is useless to read in such cases as nothing goes into brain.
方案2：When I find myself struggling with staying focused or about to doze off, I have a break for physical activity or a cold shower. They are extremely refreshing for both the body and mind.
方案3：I usually avoid eating a heavy meal before studying. A heavy meal would make me sleepy so that it becomes more difficult to study. For me, small and frequent meals are good alternatives.
方案4：Since I decided to study in the morning/evening, I've established a study routine. Finally, I believe my body has got used to it and I can get the best study performance possible. So, all that I do is pick one period and stick with it.
