Recently, I had to take initiative when I was working on a project for my university course.
The project was to create a website for a local charity. I was the leader of the project and I had to take the initiative to come up with ideas for the website, design it, and then implement it.
I had to be creative and think outside the box in order to come up with a website that was both visually appealing and functional.
I also had to motivate my team and delegate tasks to ensure that the project was completed on time.
In the end, we were able to create a website that was both visually appealing and functional.
Taking initiative was a great learning experience for me and I am proud of the results.
