Dear Mr. Smith,
I am Aurora, the manager taking charge of administrative affair in ABC Company. Last year, we held a party in your hotel, which was a success, so we plan to continue cooperating with you to organize another party recently.
As you may remember, the party last year was for celebrating New Year. Since the holiday was so short that our colleagues were difficult to arrange vacation, our CEO chose to hold a party to offer our co-workers a chance to relax. Only some of our staff attended. But this year, almost everyone in our company decides to attend the coming party, which is exciting news. As a result, I guess we need to arrange a large area for the party and more kinds of food need to be prepared.
To get ready for that, I want to gain some information about the rooms available in your hotel and your suggested food. So, could you send me an e-mail about all the information before this Friday?
