Among the places and cities that I have been to, XI’ an, one of the most famous historical city in China, impresses me the most. I still remember that I went for a visit to Xi’ an in the last summer vacation. It was the capital of 7 feudal dynasties for nearly a thousand years.
Well, when it comes to its location, it is in the northeast China. Honestly I don’t like the climate condition there. It’s dry, windy and dusty. However, I seriously appreciate the great places of interest and relics of ancient times. You know, terra-cotta figures is one of the typical examples. It has entered the World Heritage List, noted as a place which is worthwhile to go. When I went there, I was thoroughly shocked by the warriors who are of moving facial expressions and different kinds of gestures. Actually, terra-cotta warriors are related to some historical stories in the olden times. Anyways, Xi’ an is a city which is steeped in history.
