1. Do you like eating fruits?

Definitely, I am especially fond of eating fruits due to the large variety attainable and low cost ofpurchase. At the supermarket, there are a huge range of fruits available, from watermelons to oranges, making them convenient to buy. Additionally, after eating fruits, I feel refreshed andenergized, which enables me to become healthier.

2. How often do you eat fruits?

I eat fruits every day and attempt to reach the daily recommended amount set by nutritionists. In particular, based on my age and gender, it is advised that I have two to three servings of fruits on a daily basis. As a result, I try to eat a serving of fruit to accompany each meal throughout the day.

3. What kind of fruit do you like best?Why?

My favorite fruit is the strawberry due to its luscious taste and ability to be eaten with a multitudeof foods. When I sink my teeth into a juicy strawberry, it is delightful because some are sour and others are sweet. Furthermore, strawberries are excellent additions to cakes, milkshakes and all sorts of desserts, making their applications endless.

4. What are the benefits of eating more fruits?

There are a range of nutritional benefits associated with eating fruits such as the vitamins and minerals obtained from them. Moreover, they are low in calories and help to reduce the risk ofcountless diseases, including heart disease, high blood pressure and cancer. They also addfiber to the diet,which helps to keep the digestive system healthy and efficient.
