You should say:
when it was;
what time you got up;
how you felt when you got up;
and explain why you got up early.
Last year, I went to Bali to have a holiday. And because I’m a student and don’t have much money, I went to buy the cheapest flight, but unfortunately the cheapest flight was 6am in the morning. So it was very early, and because it was six and you have to be in the airport an hour or two hours earlier, I had to get up at 3 o’clock. So that was a very early start. How did I feel ? I felt very tired and confused why I was awake so early and also very cold since it was in the winter, so three in the morning I have to wear a lot of clothes before I went to the car. In the end it was OK because I got on the plane and I went straight to sleep. But it was very difficult waking up extremely early to get that 6 o’clock flight. I think next time I’d pay a bit more money to buy a mid-day flight.

Who do you think tend to get up early?
Normally, I think people who tend to get up early are like business people, people who start working at 9 o’clock in the morning especially when they don’t live close to their work. If they start at 9 o’clock but they live an hour and a half away, they have to get up very early.
Another type of people I can think about who like to get up early is people who like to exercise. All those time people like to go for a morning run. I don’t quite understand it, I’d rather sleep in. But some people love to wake up in the morning seeing sunrise and doing some exercise.
Is it good for your health to take a nap in the afternoon?
For me personally yes. If I’m really really tired and have got a lot to do at night, taking a ten-to-fifteen-minute nap can often rejuvenate me and get my energy levels back up. However, some people if they take a nap, they feel more tired afterwards. It’s actually counter productive. It doesn’t help them to be awake later on and maybe sleepy at the end of the day.
