I would like to describe an occasion when I picked up my younger brother on the airport. That happened two years ago, my little brother gave me a call，telling me that his airplane would arrive at 6 o’clock p.m. in Pudong International Airport. I was so excited because we hadn’t met each other for a long time. Three years ago he went to study in USA as an undergraduate student. Due to the intense academic study, he was fully dedicated to the research and rarely came back home. On that day I arrived at the airport half an hour earlier. After consulting the timetable, I noted with satisfaction that the plane would be punctual. When one hour passed, he didn’t show up. I reflected that he must be busy with claiming the baggage, so I played mobile games and listened to popular songs. But one hour and a half passed, I began to wonder and became a little worried, but I didn’t give him a call since I knew he had turned off his phone before boarding. So I asked a staff member for help. Suddenly, my brother shouted my name in distance and waved at me. Later I learned that he was just walking around the duty free shop and bought me a Burberry scarf for surprise!
