Most people don’t know that skiing is actually a main method people can go from one place to another in northern areas. Gradually, it came into being a form of entertainment and sport. I touched it because of a journey in the Northeastern China. At that time, I still remember that I saw many people who wore down jackets and snowboard slid down from the top of hill covered by snow. To many people, skiing is related to images of powdery snow, gorgeous vistas, and steamy hot chocolate. However, it might not be that simple. Skiing requires us a lot of practice and techniques. If possible, it is better to enroll in a class which covers the basics of downhill skiing. Only if you have a solid foundation of basic techniques, you can go for the next step. When you practice skiing into real snow covered hills, you might ignore the slippery snow. Also, keep balance is a hard thing to learn. As for me, I probably will never fall in love with this sport because I can even not keep a balance in the flat road, so not to mention the hill. However, I would love to play this sport because it is a very excited sport. In the process, I can enjoy the feeling of pursuing speed. How wonderful it is!
