【雅思口语Part2】Describe a person you know who is good at cooking1

My wife is the good cook I know. A handy that know how to satisfy her husband’s stomach is every man’s dream which I already have now so I feel so lucky. I knew my wife in college and her tender personality and sweet smile touched me deep inside and won my heart. We take care of each other in the college and that precious 4 years has built up a solid bound between. After graduation we got married and lived together. Back in college she always told me that she is good at cooking but I’ve never actually try what she cooked cuz we normally eat at the school cafeteria and there’s no cooking tool to do so. The first time I tried her food was 3 years ago when we went to a friend’s apartment to have dinner together. She helped the wife of that friend to do some dishes and that was the first time that I saw her wearing the apron and getting down to cook. The first dish I tried of hers was the pork braised in brown sauce which is a typical Chinese cuisine. To befrank, it was a harsh dish cuz although it’s common but it is really hard tocook it really well. You have to season it well in the optimal portion as to keep it flavorful. To my surprise, the dish was really mouth-watering and I really enjoyed. Then I tried all her dishes and they turned out to be all fancy and delicious. The reason why I think my wife is a good cook is that she always knew what I like and my taste and will cook for me according to my preference.What more, the ingredients she used is 100% natural and healthy which is good for my body too. The last but not the least, her cooking procedure is really efficient cuz she usually only need an hour but deliver many dishes.
