Two months ago, I decided to stop being a homebody (喜欢呆在家里的人a person who likes to stay home)and start doing some sports to keep fit. So I went to a gym near my school to ask for some information with my roommate. I was pretty impressed and interested by the service they provided there. The staff in the gym was considerate and enthusiastic but not overzealous(过度热情的too passionate).As soon as we stepped in to the gym and looked around curiously, a worker in uniform came to ask if we needed some help with a big smile wearing on her face. After she made a phone call to arrange a fitness coach to show us around, she gave us a brochure just in case we were bored when waiting. The coach was professional and patient. He introduced the fitness equipment and exercise classes that fit for us. When I looked at something new, he would introduce it before I said anything. From the way he acted and spoke, I can say he is really into his work. We could even see from the details that he is so gentle and careful that every time we needed to pass through a door, he would open it in advance to let us in. At the end of the visit, we both had a physical test for free and listened to his analysis of our body conditions. At last, we sat down in the restroom and talked about membership registration. To tell the truth, I still wanted to think about it before committing. But to my surprise, he did not t suggest me to buy personal training courses which were expensive. Instead, he said he could teach me some methodical ways to exercise. After talking, he left and provided a private room for us to consider our options. Finally, I bought a two-year gymnasium card without further doubts.
