Last Saturday I planned to go cycling with my friend, but there seemed to be something wrong with the brake of my bicycle, so I went to a bicycle repair station nearby for help. When I went into the station, a tall man walked towards me with a smile on his face. He asked me what my problem was, which was unusual since the workers I met before were rude and ill-tempered（脾气坏）. I had a bad impression on them. After I explained the problem, he took a quick check of the conditions of the bicycle and then he suggested me to leave the bicycle in his station for two days since it would take some time to find the right component. With distrust and hesitation, I stood there in silence and did not know what to do. Suddenly, a burst of laughter broke the silence. The man pulled a bike nearby over and asked me to use his own bicycle during these two days. I was astonished since I had never met a man like him before who was willing to lend his own thing to me. I finally accepted his suggestion because of his insistence（坚持）. In this way, I was able to go cycling with my friends. Two days later, when I returned with his bike, mine was fully fixed and the leather seat was even re-waxed（重新打蜡）, without charging extra free. Compared with the service I received before, I considered it as the best service since there was trust and respect between us. It was not a simple monetary transaction （金钱交易）but a humanistic interaction （人性交流）between two strangers.
