The close-knit community in a house could contribute to a stronger sense of belonging and a more fulfilling life.

Furthermore, living in a house usually means having better sleep quality. Apartments are notorious for thin walls, which means unwanted noise from neighbors can easily disturb one's sleep at night. A house, on the other hand, generally comes with fewer noise-related issues, which translates into a much better quality of life.

That being said, I understand that some people might prefer living in an apartment. For example, apartments usually have a more modern decor, and their location is more central, making it easier to access a variety of shops, amenities, and transportation options.
