Task:普通书信A colleague of you from another country is going to attend a meeting in your company. Write a letter to tell him/her about the arrangements of the meeting.
In your letter:
describe the arrangements from the airport to the hotel
Describe the hotel you have booked
Describe the arrangements of the meeting

Dear Mr. Smith,
I am glad you will attend the meeting next Monday and I am writing to you to introduce the arrangements involved in your stay.
After picking you up in the airport，I would like to invite you to the SSP，which is famous for its hot pot as I have heard that you are quite fond of it. Then we will go to the shopping mall nearby to pick some gifts for your family before we get to hotel.
The hotel I booked for you，Shangri-La， is one of the most well-known hotels and is located next to our company within five minutes' walk. You can get a great view of the whole city when standing in your room.
As for the schedule for the meeting，I think it is quite easy to follow. It starts with a speech given by our executive manager at 8 am，followed by the introduction and discussion about opening new branches in your country，which may last 3 hours before we get the final decision.
Those are all the arrangements for now and I am looking forward to hearing from you and ready for any adjustment as you like.
