如果转述的是一个故事，说话人要用叙述语气，语调要平和，语气要肯定，并在叙述之后加上一些评论，以加强表达效果。 如：She said, "The children were playing in the park." --> She said that the children were playing in the park.
如果要转述的是一个事实，说话人要用报道语气，语调要平缓客观，语气要确凿，并在事实之后加上一些较抽象的.表述，以帮助听众理解。 如：He said, "The Big Ben was damaged in the fire." --> He said that the Big Ben was damaged in the fire.
