In today's world, we are living in a society where we have to take into account not only our own interests but also those of others. Companies that prioritize ethical and social responsibility will have a greater chance of success in the future as society becomes more aware of these issues. By investing in ethical practices and involving their employees in social programs, companies can build a better community and have a positive impact on society.

Overall, the shift towards a more collaborative, flexible, ethical and socially responsible work culture has had a positive impact on employees in all departments and functions.
