思路分析：
描述一门想学的课程：
课程内容：烹饪课程
何时想学：从小就想学习。学习烹饪一直是自己的梦想。(举例说明)
在哪里学:想系统地学习，同时也从一位四川厨师哪里学习到了一些菜品名称的由来(举了宫保鸡丁的例子)
为什么想学：因为第一，中国的饮食文化有相当长的历史。第二，正如人们所说的“民以食为天”，烹饪不仅重要，还能成为一门艺术。

The course I want to learn is cooking. Since China has a long history in cooking, everybody thinks cooking is important. So, I would like to learn sth about cooking. Besides, there is a very popular saying in China “Food is the first consideration of people”. In China, every part of food will have its own use. I really want to learn sth about cooking. For cooking has become an art, people enjoy great taste and variety of dishes together.
For me, I enjoy cooking a lot when I was a child. To learn how to cook is always my dream. I also have some wonderful ideas about cooking, for example, I can combine Chinese cooking with western cooking. I believe modern people will like this kind of cooking very much.
Furthermore, from cooking I can learn many different things. Such as the origin of dishes, I know the origin of gongbao chicken from a chef in Sichuan. He said that in Qing Dynasty, there was a government official in Sichuan his name was called Ding Gongbao. He was a diligent and hardworking person who had a simple life. Everyday he always had two dishes, one was stir-fried chicken with hot pepper, the other is fried peanuts. His cook combined the two dishes together and created a new dish which was named under his name. this new dish is called gongbao Chicken.
That is one example of the dish origin I learned from a chef. I believe if I can learn cooking systematically I can know more about cooking as well as the origin of dishes.
