Interviewer: What do you think is the most important quality of a good friend?
Interviewee A: I think a good friend should be trustworthy and reliable. They should be there for you when you need them and be able to rely on them for help and support.
Interviewee B: I also think a good friend should be understanding and tolerant. They should be able to accept you for who you are and not judge you for your mistakes or differences.
Interviewer: What would you do if you were friends with someone who constantly criticized you or was negative?
Interviewee A: I would try to have an honest conversation with them and let them know how their criticism is making me feel. If that doesn’t work, I might consider spending less time with them or finding new friends who are more positive and supportive.
Interviewee B: I would also try to have an honest conversation with them and try to understand why they are so negative. If it’s because of something within their control, I might offer to help or support them in any way I can. If it’s just their personality, then I would try to accept them for who they are and spend more time with other friends who are more positive.
Interviewer: What do you think is the most important quality of a good leader?
Interviewee A: I think a good leader should be decisive, confident, and motivational. They should be able to make quick decisions and take charge when needed. They should also be able to inspire and motivate others to reach their full potential.
Interviewee B: I also think a good leader should be open-minded, tolerant, and understanding. They should be able to listen to the opinions and ideas of others and take them into consideration. They should also be able to accept constructive criticism and use it to improve themselves and their team.
