In today's rat race of cut throat competition world, one need to distress oneself and one of the way is this that peole prefer to eat ready-made food from restaurants as they think that this would made their life easier also. I strongly disagree with sparked heated debate. Firstly, food available in the restaurants is not healthy, even if the restaurant is very good but still the dishes did not match-up with food which is cooked at home. For instance, a person is having blood pressure disease, at home food will be prepared by taking in mind his disease while in restaurants if some dish is accompanied by more salt then there would be a bad effect on his body. Take one more interesting example, Mary Mallon nicknamed Typhoid Mary was the professional cook. And she was the carrier of typhoid who continuously spread typhoid for several years through the food she prepared in the restaurant.

Secondly, the food in the restaurant is even more expensive. Indeed, restaurants are ubiquitous-in every city, town and even in villages too. But, due to very high rate of inflation, there will be a wastage of time if one eats always in restaurants. No doubt, with ever increasing restaurants it will be benefit for their owners and too economic rate of the country can be increased but indirectly the money will continuously flow out from the pockets of public.

To sum up, in order to make life easy and less stress people should indulge in various others alternative ways i.e. recreational activities like playing chess, doing yoga, watching movies etc instead of eating food in the restaurant.
